Every Heath's egg is stamped with our unique number - UK 19137, ensuring it can be traced back to the farm if necessary. |

| Prior to packing, our eggs undergo quality checking, with any damaged ones removed. They are then separated into different sizes, stamped and packed. |

In addition, packs carry information such as date-stamp labels, allowing us to identify when individual eggs were laid, as well as indicating the eggs' shelf life. |
