A Family Tradition
Our family has farmed in the Shropshire village of Great Bolas since 1932, when James Heath moved into Bolas House.
His sons Derek and Michael, took over the running of the farm in 1965, and in turn, the current management team of Peter and Anthony Heath took over in the late 1980s. When the time comes for them to move aside, the fourth generation of our family will be responsible for continuing our farming tradition. |

The Heath family are proud to have been at the centre of village and church life for the best part of a century, expanding and diversifying to meet the food needs of the local community over that time. We look forward to building on that heritage as we address the challenges of the future. |

We have a long tradition of free range chicken farming, as well as our pedigree Simmental cattle and Saddleback pigs. |
Heath's free range Shropshire eggs have been enjoyed by generations. |

We take great pride in our values, examples being:
• Our Shropshire farm is entirely GM free.
• We operate a sustainable system - our chickens are fed on wheat grown in our own fields.
• Our responsible attitude to animal welfare has been recognised by the RSPCA, who have awarded us Freedom Food accreditation. |
