Our free range eggs are laid by carefully selected chicken breeds, principally the Shaver, Hyline and Lohmann. |

Brown Shaver
The "brown" acually refers to the colour of the eggs, as well as that of the hen, while Shaver is the name of the Canadian breeder who first successfully bred the "Shaver" in 1989.
Their eggs have large deep yellow yolks and a super flavour. |
Hyline Brown
The Hyline chicken is a fantastic layer that flourishes in the outdoors. These free-range hens revel in the wide open spaces available to them.
These vocal, intelligent hens like nothing better than roaming the fields in the company of our other animals. They produce superb, full-flavoured eggs. |
